Professional Profile
As a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, I support clients in making meaningful life changes by providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space. My approach balances empathy with constructive challenge, helping clients reassess limiting beliefs and patterns. Since 2007, I have been offering counselling and psychotherapy in South West London, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs.
Therapy Approach
I offer flexible therapy arrangements, including once or twice weekly sessions, depending on what best suits your situation. My practice includes open-ended therapy, allowing you to explore issues without time constraints, as well as longer-term therapy and crisis support when needed.

Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), adhering to their Ethical Framework.
Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling (University of London, Birkbeck College).
Additional academic qualifications in Counselling from Kingston and NESCOT Colleges.
